Hi Rafael - We don't install customer parts. We will price match the pads with our own pads and then you can return them for credit. If your pads make noise you would pay us the labor again to install replacement parts.We are not able to warranty other people's parts. Please feel free to call us to discuss this option. Rafael, have you not tried calling them? No one in this forum is going to have information for you about this, unless they are an employee there, which is highly unlikely that they'd see this question. Call and ask for Ralph; he'll be able to help you.
