Why do they focus more on cleaning the floor an hour before closing than sevimg walk in customers. Stood there for a while and was not even acknowledged. Used to be better now I doubt I will be back and my average order was $50.

This isn't a very helpful question to ask the community. I understand the frustration but please do remember that these are people in a job. They are required to clean up and close out the place. You coming in at closing time may have been convenient in your schedule but whatever you oordered had the high probability of not being already made. I can't speak for the employees and I believe they do try their best but they could have ignored you in hopes that you might leave so they don't have to clean the friers again.

That sucks. Maybe management needs to know this
