Its rare for it to take more than 10 mins. But if you go during dinner or lunch rush it can take some time. It depends on the number of chickens cooked or in process.
I went there last week. It took 20 minutes to get my order and it was wrong. Not just one item in the order, all of them. I thought they gave me someone else's at first.
