Bad customer service from one of the employees. She was acting like she did not want to work and was mumbling a lot, kind of RUDE. DO NOT EXPECT A GREAT BARRIA TACO EXPERIENCE, there was barely any taco meat inside both tacos and it was on the dry side. However the chicken looks good, which is what they’re popular for. Idk if I’ll return, but if I did it would be for chicken only.

The food is excellent for a fast food restaurant. I went during the dinner rush so I had to wait awhile when I placed my order inside. I think it is faster to go through the drive thru since they seem to give those orders priority. El Pollo Loco is always a good choice for me when it comes to fast food. Bring your coupons! You save a lot more money that way!

I have been coming to this El Pollo Loco Since 2013. It has always been good service in the past. This time I came in I ordered my favorite meal. Double Chicken tostada bowl with ranch dressing. I was told by the person at the counter that El Pollo Loco has never served ranch dressing. I told her that is what I normally ordered. I then checked El Pollo Loco website to ensure they have ranch dressing to show them. I showed the manager this and she affirmed that they do not have ranch dressing. I do not appreciate El Poll Loco staff calling me a liar. I may never eat here again. Very poor staff.

Ordered chicken carbon combo going through the drive through. When I got home there was no sauce, no napkin, and they put a few chips in with my tacos which made the chips soft and chewy. It was dry, very dry. It is not rocket science to make sure there is some sauce. The soda needed some syrup as it had no taste to it. Not a good experience at all.
