As a service dog owner, unless the dog is identified as a service dog in training, he can't bring it in. I agree with you. Plus, in Fontana, service dogs need to be wearing an orange vest.

Yes but theses were puppies walking on the lobby at Victorville Kaiser Hospital and Security was aware of this issue . And did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
