Dr. Earle is someone you can tell genuinely cares about her patients. She's been my doctor for years and she's always been transparent but still very considerate. She's very kind and personable. However, she's not going to beat around the bush if I'm doing things unhealthy for me. I appreciate it a lot because I need to be held accountable.

To be a doctor, you have a responsibility and an oath to take care of your patients whole heartedly. You should not be in this profession if you are not willing to listen to your patient's questions/concerns. A good doctor that is in it for the patients' best in interest would never tell their patients to stop complaining. After 2 years with Dr. Earle, I am moving on because my health care here was not in my best interest. I had requested a total of 3 times for lab results and never got a call back. I even made a stop at the office and asked that, if I didn't get a call back even though I have requested several times, that would mean my lab results are good. She said no and that she would put in the request again, and still no call back. One of my lab results was elevated, yet I hear nothing from the doctor office and no follow-up for further health assessment. How is this behavior demonstrate showing a concern and taking care of your patient?? I had to justify, defend and be my own advocate to get a referral. Certain healthcare conditions/results were never discussed with me, yet the summary posted was discussed with patient. I was told to stop a medication, which sent me to the ER as a result. This office tried to take me off the same medication again, and I had to remind the PA of what happened to me the last time I was taken off the medication. I have totally lost trust in this medical facility to continue with my healthcare here.
