Never call about prescriptions being out of stock when they are calked in, you show up and they don’t have it. No phone calls, nothing. People are ornery and rude. The worst.

Before the Pandemic hit, I use to love going into Walgreens. I have always had good experiences when I came in for recent visits to this location. Tonight however, I didn't get that "we care about our customers" customer service. I had to use the restroom so bad I could barely hold it. When I asked one the employees, I was told it was already closed and with a rude tone in her voice was told to go to Ralph's. When I went to purchase something from Walgreens, I was pretty much humiliation as I was leaving. The person checking me out at the register you could tell try to be patient and compassionate. However, that seemed to have warn thin. It was the manager that saved the day because he treated me like customer service representatives use to treat their customers.

Highly recommend if you're looking for these service offerings: 1. 1+ hour waits for a vaccine (with appt) and no others inline. 2. Sharing your name, address, phone and DOB publicly, multiple times. 3. Learning your neighbors' names, addresses, phone #s, DOB,s medications and Drs info. 4. After an hour, being told I'd be helped when the others before me have been helped and looking around and seeing NO ONE that was there before you.
