It depends for what kind of test you need some don't require an appointment
Yes I agree with Maria Silvia, some tests do not need appointment. Like an x ray I was told I could walk in (but it took almost 2-3 hrs). I had blood taken out and I too could have just walked in. But I needed a CT scan and for that I needed appointment ! So it just depends on your test. I recommend calling to ask
I recently just walked in for an xray, I was told I could just walk in. Might have to wait in your car for like an hour.
