Overall D- Techs A+ Phone Staff D+/D- Customer service F- Spoke to two supervisor in both Downey and West Covina. Both said they DO NOT call back if you leave a message, because they are flooded with calls. How are you supposed to make an appointment? Prayer and Miracles Phone Staff can be either good, decent, or idiots. They seem to hire people that don't have experience or the brain to pick up the job skills. Very frustrating!

I called at this specific location last week and was very upset because of the amount of time i was put on hold. I asked to speak to a manager and I spoke to the assistant manager Maria. Maria was very helpful and was able to assist me immediately. Truly was pleased with the customer service.

Worst experience ever. Brought my father here was told 45 min waited 2 hrs. No communication at all. Hope to NEVER walk in this place again. At least the lady's should of been honest. Instead of saying your next your next. .

My baby had trisomy-13. It is a genetic disorder not compatible with life. Doctors in the hospital told me, it is easy to understand this fetus condition on ultrasound: not formed brain, heart problems, issues with baby face. I visited this center twice, and they told me that the baby looks totally fine. Even on the 34th week of pregnancy when I was concerned that baby is not moving actively enough. I went to the hospital shortly after that and the ultrasound specialist saw all the problems right away! I think that this center doesn't have qualified personnel. Visiting them during the pregnancy can result in very serious issues. Visit a different place if you are pregnant.

If you want an appointment, I suggest you come in early like 730 and put your name on the list and wait in the car for them to call you. I know for a fact you will not get an appointment by calling over the phone
Depending on what modality your doctor has ordered: MRI - 6:00am - 10:00pm X-Ray 8:00am - 6:00pm Mammogram and Ultrasound 7:00am - 8:00pm.

Depending on what exam you are having, we schedule appointments as early as 6:00am and as late at 9:30pm. We can take walk-in X-Rays Mon-Fri 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday 8:00am - 3:00pm.
