I believe that the ASPCA will do it for you. Or your vet.
I don't think so. I think you can either surrender your pet to them. But you would definitely go to the site by the Fairgrounds if you choose to surrender your pet.Or you will have to take your pet to a vet to get your pet euthanized. I'm not sure of the back story but those are my suggestions. I'm also just a volunteer so I might be wrong.
