Take the metro. Avoid the headache. That's what I do when I need to go downtown.
Parking is crazy you have to go during the day like 12PM
It's not too bad if you are willing to pay. Street parking is all metered, but can be hard to find. There is a garage above Sonoratown and a lot a half block away. Those are usually pretty full, but I have never been turned away.
There's street parking all around, availability will depend on time & day
Lot of street parking. Can be really busy based on the time of the day. Usually you can find something within a few minutes.
