Don't come too late, especially during the week, or hot summer day. We dropped in on slow days where they decided to close tours early.
I'm pretty sure they need 7- 10 days particularly if you have a larger group. It's first come first serve otherwise. Salud!

Typically reservations are not necessary at Korbel. If you have a large group it would be appropriate to let them know ahead of time.
You don't need to, we walked in and signed up. They can take a very large group
