It's open from 11:30am to 8:30pm -- so yes, unless you eat lunch at 8:30pm and dinner at 11:30am
What Daniel said, that door is shut at 830pm, no mercy. Just get there, you'll have a 30 minute wait and take what ever seat they can offer. It's worth it!
