A hostel and in the Whiteaker neighborhood is $92 a night? Inexpensive/cheap are part of every definition of *hostel" but that's more than than the motels in that neighborhood & its not a very good neighborhood. Why in the world is it so expensive?

I know the motels n town prefer you leave a card on file if you're from Eugene cuz they figure if you live in town that its like rental skiis you get it so you don't have to worry about thrashing it lol but the entire county?
