On numerous occasions (50% of the time) we have stayed home all day to receive a scheduled UPS delivery only to get a tracking message that due to an emergency or weather our delivery will be delayed til another day. Please explain

For some reason due to weather rain snow flooding too much mud on road way unsafe driving
