Yes, of course they'll answer the phone if you have a vehicle for sale -that's easy money for LKQ. But for any other inquiry, you need to show in person. Note: Why don't they answer their phone? Because they dont have to ;~\

There's only a few employees there..just keep calling..they will answer..why call them? What's your question to them ?

I have only called them to sell a vehicle and they answered every time I called.
