It's a complicated question, but I can say that if you're going to pay cash for a house, the answer is no. Since you're paying cash and not interested in a loan, you won't need a realtor. If on the other hand you wanted to take on a mortgage with monthly payments or some type of financing, I would advise consulting with your bank or another lender about their policies.
Hello Morgan Don’t ever buy a home without talking to David Allen Rivas first. Yes you need a realtor. They work for you as a buyer for for free, the seller pays them. They have all the tools to save you on the price and to make sure you are nit buying a lemon.
