We have 4 homes in this area but live in one of them and rent out the other 3 from 3500 to 4500 yhundred per month. They are all 5 bedrooms 2 to 3 baths, all rented out now. I have just one coming available in Dec 2019 for lease. Rent is 4500 mo. 1 year min. This unit has just been remodeled with new landscaping. So the pricing on these unit's are very fair and I would like to rent the next available unit please.
