Border x is on point but they dont always have the horchata stout available...my favorite..yes children allowed..took my 10 year old daughter and she played a game of checkers with me....she had fun on family time at border x in the city of bell.saturday live band also..good vibes and all..one of my favorite places now...

I didn't see any kids at the hour I went. It was a Saturday about 7 pm. The vibe was adult - DJ spinning music. But from the other answer, I'd say it's kid friendly, if you go early.
