Poorly run facility. Like many other reviews, same issue. Packages sit there for days before they move them. Obviously this place needs a logistics overhaul.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with any employees here? I’ve lost a very sensitive package due to “mechanical failure” and need to get it back. Unfortunately the “UPS Investigation” process turned up empty and this place doesn’t seem to have any working phones or points of contact. Any help would be appreciated. I’m at my wits end here and honestly expect a little more than just a presumption that they lost a 3x2x2 40lb box somewhere in a facility.

One of the worst places to work. I was there for 4 years. Managers make the job even worse. The job is actually good but the expectations are unrealistic. They don't care about employees. The union cares even less. The potential for union is better then a manager. Don't become a manager as you will not be Union. Therefore you can be let go at anytime.
