It depends on the season. I just bought a 23lb Scottish farm raised salmon for $154 at $7 a pound. If you only want half the fish, it's like $12/lb. They filleted it for me and I kept the head and bones for stock. Just make sure you have a food saver handy because it's alot of fish. It's better than Costco's farm raised fish because you will know exactly were out came from. Also the frozen ones they have is sushi grade due to it having to be frozen to kill all the parasites that salmon has. Never eat fresh salmon as sushi, you will get sick. It must be frozen for 15 hours then defrosted then sliced.

They stock both wild and farmed salmon. When it's in season they have Chinook salmon.
