800.00... they say there is a waiting list! This is a very windy place if you have slides w/toppers or awning is left out unattended. Park is poorly managed. Jacuzzi is not kept very warm. Don't ever confront the manager Faith Baker... she'll have you removed! She has more power than the Owner Michael Thompson who is the owner of AV Ford nearby, YES a car salesman. But Mikes heart is in the right place & I respect him. Just needs to "Grow some". A little issue happened to me... I wanted to switch spots here because a new RVer had moved in next to me & his rig was loud & was told "They don't Prorate" I wanted them to transfer me because I wasn't "Leaving"! Faith Baker didn't even know the difference between the two or she was "Greedy". I would of stayed longer if Faith Baker didn't pull the "Chick Card. Girls will be girls... this park should be managed by an adult! Thanks Faith Baker !!! Btw julie is not talking about this park 800 year round but a week out every 6 months.
