Stayed only one night with a campervan, and it was all great: Toilets and facilities were all clean, the site was tidy and nicely spaced, and it was very quiet except a few trains passing during the evening. It was pricier compared to other similar camps we were staying on our roadtrip, but in our case it was worth it. Wifi was weaker near our site than closer to the entrance, but still functional, and this was exactly as described by the reception staff, who were very friendly and helpful.

It was cool for an overnight stop. The store has a lot in it. There is a big pool and a small jacuzzi. So that was cool as well. The RV portion is all sand, but the lots are inexpensive. There is a railroad track nearby so there are trains that you will hear all through the night. There is no cell phone reception since you are surround by mountains, and the wi fi is not great, but they do let you know that ahead of time so I did appreciate that.

I cannot say enough about this place. They are so friends and professional. They make you feel special. Their pool is awesome, there are so many things to do. Nice sized dog park, deluxe sites are PHENOMENAL. My family loves this place. Full hook ups, clean facilities.

Well, kind of disappointed. I know it's the off season but dang. Like there were zero amenities happening, and everything seems under construction. It's too expensive not to offer guests anything extra. Not even a functioning park for the kiddos, just left over pieces of a dismantled park dumped off in the residential area. Yikes. What is happening here! Used to be so cool. Looks like it could be cool, but it's not right now. ***Pro tip - DO NOT get stuck in a spot that's among the permanent residents! Omg was that uncomfortable! We were in-between them, in our motorhome. It's a totally different vibe than being among fellow campers looking to have an experience with their families or friends. They really should keep that separate. I want to try it again in the summer, but if it's not happening, we won't bother with it again. $70/night plus $25 per night for the fire ring, and of course the propane. They don't give off much heat. The sign clearly says quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7:30 am, but we were informed by "the locals" π that they follow a curfew of 8:30 pm and told us to turn the music down (wich was pretty low to begin with) - It was a Saturday! Our camp was the only place lit up - like a depressing ghost town with rules. Not fun. But, we tried to make the best of it. Maybe they should just shut it down on the off season, or close it for maintenance, or offer a discount. Something!

Not very well kept up... don't drink the water. Dust bowl for sure... falling trees impale vehicles. Would advise Californian up the road... the have cell service KOA very bad. You have been warned!
All of the RV sites have dirt foundations here---monthlies included. Our delux RV sites (Daily use only) have a small patio with a cement foundation but everything else is on dirt.
There were no standards at all for this place when we stayed. The entire property was in severe disrepair, and literally falling apart so I imagine any vehicle would be welcome
No we don't sorry. Your KOA Team
Well I spend like 800 for a wood cabin and a space I put 2 tents and I don't even know why I spend that money
The year of the RV doesnt really matter. It should be running, registered, and insured if your planning on staying for an extended period of time.
Hi Chae, Please give us a call and we can provide pricing info for you!
You bring your own tent.
From what I've heard KOA no longer does monthly rates. Due in particular to California Laws of camping site requirement.
