You're probably better off like the other gentleman said you could park on the beach but you have to move it between 12 and 4 a.m. and they don't rent any spots without hookup ocean views are like 120 Mountain views like $90
The only non hook up sites are tent sites. All of the other sites have power water and sewer. To be honest you can camp on the road next to beach. I've seen campers parked there for a month
