You can apply at the Thrift Shop by asking for an application. You can, also, respond to the AV Hosp. Volunteer Office and ask for an application.
They are a volunteer shop all the workers there volunteer at a hospital which is who runs the shop to help cover the care for long term patients with no care coverage and jane/John doe's
