Are westlake tires a good brand?

I have heard that the tires made in China use a poor grade of rubber. You probably won't get good life out of those tires.

Their a cheap tire manufacturered in China. Hard to say about quality control? They are manufactured in China so I'm sure their standards can very tremendously
