The reason you are charged full price is you are paying the order before you get your food. There usually an employee filling the order and should be double checking the order before handing it to the cashier or person who is serving the order. As far as them answering the phone there are numerous reasons. Sometimes they actually turn off the ringer and no one checks it. Also they unplug the phone too. You can contact corporate office and report it but remember some are franchise owned. You can also fill.out the survey. Not only does the corporate office get the survey so does the store you went too and the district manager. Your complaint on the survey is posted throughout the company.
