This place is the worst popeyes. They 2 peices of breeding no chicken and 2 chicken peices for a 5 peice combo just look at the picture. Paid for a combo and they refused to give me my drink or money. If you go here expect to not get what you ordered and money stolen.

Honestly, terrible customer service. I always feel like I'm bothering the employees by simply being there. They are Stingy with sauce, but I am ok with the recent change of allowing us to purchase more if need be. Weirdly won't do separate orders from 1 car in the drive thru... I might understand if it's busy but that particular day there was no one behind me and they didn't even care to make it work. I had a work order with a company card and wanted to order some extra stuff on my own dime and decided they weren't worth my own cash. This on top of the order being wrong :/

These people working here have no idea how to work the point of sale system or how to treat customers. They said they couldn’t apply a discount becuase I didn’t tell them over the intercom. They wouldn’t just re do the order on the computer and insisted I couldn’t use my coupon. They had a bad attitude when I asked for my money back but not made no sense why they could not just fix it. They seemed incompetent.

Worst Popeyes store so far. The store supervisor is rude and incompetent. She simply forgot your order and refused to check status, after 30mins wait she found out the order was input successfully so she has to redo it. This is how they do their sandwich. What a joke. Meh…
