Maybe. But in my opinion, if there wasn't something wrong with the food, and you just don't like it that much, that you should let it go. It's a chance we all take when we try a new place. Just move on.
Yes, it's a chance we take. When I pay 11.00 for food that sucks I think I should get a refund!! Resturants should stand behind their food.
