The entrance is on Serrano street and need to use the 4th base floor
There is underground parking in the building, several floors down, but you have to pay an unrefundable fee for access card, additional fees for limited use certain times a day, and when garage changes management - which it does every few years - you have to lay out another unrefundable deposit for another access card. More trouble than it is worth, I just go at times that street parking is not metered, usually Sundays.
This the entrance by the mountain street do not forget that you revaliden your ticket of parking so that you pay only 2 dls for all the time that you are there
