You can get a free access card for $20 deposit. You may park at level 4 underground for free between 6 pm to 6 am Monday - Friday, Saturday and Sunday free at anytime. Monday- Friday 6am to 6pm is $2 if you validate your parking ticket.
There is underground parking in the building, several floors down, but you have to pay an unrefundable fee for access card, additional fees for limited use certain times a day, and when garage changes management - which it does every few years - you have to lay out another unrefundable deposit for another access card. More trouble than it is worth, I just go at times that street parking is not metered, usually Sundays.
They sold the garage to another business. Parking is super hard or very expensive at this location.
