They can change your address in the system by mailing in the application you fill out there. However if you need it to change on your physical drivers license then yes you need to go to the dmv for that. You can also fill out the form online at the DMV web site which is processed much faster than doing it through the mail at AAA
No I don't believe so. For drivers license I believe you have to go to DMV. Call them and check. I may be mistaken
