Why would the Country Club close at 8:00 when it's full of customers at 7:30? One bartender and one waitress. No wonder nothing makes money when you can't manage properly. Long weekend!!

A very good question. This sounds like something new. Suggest you contact Lynn Jensen at POA. There should also be a record of Saturday night sales to justify being opened or closed until or after 8pm.
