Does this store host legacy or modern tournaments? And with legacy are proxies legal if you settle it with the head judge? (Own the cards just dont want to put them in deck)

We don't have any scheduled at the moment, but I believe that'd have to be settled with the judge.

You should call. But I would say no on proxies. As the store can get in trouble with wizards.
