They usually stock everything on your list but so does home Depot, Lowe's, and DIY. HD offers curbside pickup of phone in orders. Only problem is that you're going to get their selection of product. I prefer picking the best of their stock.
They do carry all kinds of herbs, I don't think you can pre order though. It is best to call them and ask.
