I have always had a decent experience with cycle gear. Though their goggle selection is pretty limited I found a decent pair for a fair price. The associate and manager were friendly , which goes along way for me.

You can thank Laura for the 5 stars ! I’ve had Horrible experience last few times I’ve been in here even left a 1 star review. Made a Quick stop Sunday I was helped out by a fresh new team member who was having a bit of a hard time helping(I get it he’s new) Laura stepped in and guided him so that he was able to help me accordingly. The coaching was just spot on! If the training continues that way I would definitely be coming in here since it’s much closer to me than the other locations.

I’ve passed by this place so many times without having the chance to stop by. Finally made some time to swing by and grab a couple of stuff. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and well organized. Ended up getting a better deal than I was expecting too because they had a Memorial Day sale, and also offered a military discount! It turns out the employee that helped me wasn’t even on the clock! If that’s great friendly service, I don’t know what is. Unfortunately, my terrible memory of names prevents me from giving a shout out, but if corporate wants to take this opportunity to praise one of their staff members, I know she works/worked at the Thousand Oak location as well as Canoga park. My receipt also shows associate 7722 if that helps. Thanks Cycle Gear. I’ll be back again!

Excellent customer service. I’m a complete newbie to bikes and needed some gear to go on my first ride this Sunday. Corey was attentive, answered all of my questions, and filled in any information on questions I didn’t even to know to ask. She was also great at explaining their rewards program which I’d highly recommend joining. Great experience! Check them out.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
