Why the Mall still open?? They just care about money,no customers health

I wish here in North America the federal government would not be the last to react, look at South Korea, they have been much more proactive, protecting their residenc, so in the long term they will be economically healthier than a short sighted Donald Trump, who will not listen to his own experts.
