I was just recently at the Westfield Mall in Palm Desert and so many stores have moved out of the Mall. Is something going on.?

Nothing more than what is happening in most malls - the brick and mortar stores are closing due to lower revenue streams and the high lease costs. The on line businesses are driving them under.
