I go at 830. It isnt too bad.
They are open at 5:30 am and it is very slow at that time till about 7.
Each location has different times of being busy. Usually when you look on Google it will show the busy times of restaurants and what not. I'm not sure they show the busy times of the gym. I also generally visit the one on sepulveda as well. They have a sauna there and this location does not. I think over all, they tend to be busy in the am around 9 and in the evening around 4-6 . But again each location is diff
