All Locations are slow at night time and if you are ordering from a service such a doordash or UberEats. The drivers have to wait an extremely long time for a few dollars just to deliver food to you. They will NEVER BE TIME EFFICIENT! DNT EXPECT THINGS TO ARRIVE ON TIME FROM ANY LOCATION. AND DO NOT I REPEAT STOP OR DO NOT ORDER ICE CREAM BASE PRODUCTS.EX ICE CREAM/MILKSHAKE/SLUSHIES. FROM ANY FOOD CHAIN. GO FOR YOURSELF!
Maybe you said something that made them mad when you ordered? Did you check it to see if they added their own "special sauce"?
If you really want a double cheeseburger you have a Frisch's on Spring Grove Spring Grove Village and I'm pretty sure if you go in there and ask them for a double cheeseburger without a with they will make it all so you have the Rally's down on the corner of Mitchell and Spring Grove I'm pretty sure if you go in there and ask them for a double cheeseburger they will make it by not adding certain items on the double cheeseburger and fix it maybe like you want it I'm pretty sure their burgers are not pre-made I watch them make them good luck enjoy treat yourself
