This taco bell either needs a new manager or needs to be closed. Every time we try to order from this location there is a different issue. They don't have beef, not serving breakfast even though arrival was prior to end of breakfast service and this is the kicker - you can't order at the speaker, you have to order online and then pick it up! WHAT?? There is no sense in that whatsoever. Plus the employees are less than friendly and don't apologize for anything, ever! This has to be a location problem because it doesn't happen at any other Taco Bells, ie Red Bank Rd. (they have food and are willing to serve you and be friendly) Absolutely will never go to the Plainfield Rd location again! I don't even want to give 1 star but it won't let you post without it!

Went through the drive through tonight around 10:05PM & sat at the speakers for a good 5 minutes without acknowledgement. So I pulled forward with the intention of ordering at the window. One guy was making food (no problem there) & another guy was on his cell phone & pacing back & forth. He never came to the window. Then I see him put his hand in the front of his pants. Seriously? SERIOUSLY??? I left without ordering anything. Disgusting.

I’ve tried this location multiple times. Usually get cold food or messed up orders it seems. Don’t go later in the night. Every time they refuse to take orders saying they are closed (early) or the system is down. Last time the employees seemed to be out smoking behind the store. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This place is terrible. I have to stop by from time to time due to its location and there is a 50% chance I'd be better off going hungry. They regularly forget ordered items, and often just don't answer the drive thu window even after looking at the line of cars waiting. They also have this fun habit of not properly preparing food. For example, my last cruch wrap was filled with only cheese and sour cream, and my 5 layer burrito was just cheese and bean paste. If you don't like wondering if someone spat in your sub-par food, I'd avoid this place like you owed it money.
