Good afternoon. To stay at the hotel you have to migrate to the US. The question is because I would be in transit for 11 hours on a trip to Europe and I wanted to rest without entering the US

You must have an American passport and visa

You must migrate to enter the country and again to leave, you must have a valid visa if applicable

You must migrate leaving and entering again for the trip to continue. You must have a valid American visa and up-to-date vaccination.
