Does anyone know if flights from Miami through Santiago de Cuba can be used by European citizens with European passports? We are Italian and Spanish. Thank you.

Me and my Cuban wife have an Italian passport and my wife has Italian citizenship since 10 years. The problem is that they have told me that for the Americans I have to be in one of 12 categories to go to Cuba, is this rule worth for the Europeans or not ???? Thank you all for the help ... mrk

Generally connecting flights do not require more documentation, now if it is your destination, check it directly online
