Most ankle rigs are general sizes to accommodate most pstols, and revolveers of a certain class... that being said, AG has a point, but I'd say the G19 is best presented from around 4:00 inside or outside, doesn't matter, as with respect to comfort and convenience. Then again maybe ankle carry is essential due to wardrobe restrictions...but I'd hate to have to bend over, or stand on one foot in order to present my cc in a critical situation...
Why the heckwould you want to carry a G19 on your ankle? Don't be a wuss, IWB or OWB carry.
