Visited range on a Saturday afternoon with 3 friends to go shooting. Parking close to the entrance is an issue, but there is plenty of parking just a little further. The store was clean but has small inventory. The personnel were very courteous and professional. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get 2 side-by-side lanes which was a very short wait from my experience for such an accommodation on a Saturday afternoon. The range experience was excellent. Great ventilation, though there were not many shooters. The Range Safety Officers were exceptionally courteous, helpful, and professional. I do recommend Stoneharts. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Normally, it would be 5 stars. However, this recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was coming to purchase a firearm from Manny, who is amazing. He always helps us out. He is very informative, genuine, and just a nice guy to talk to. I don’t have anything bad to say about him. He wasn’t there and Johan (who is also awesome) was with somebody, so I asked another man for help. I don’t know his name because he only said maybe 8 words to me. He didn’t seem like he wanted to help me at all. I asked him a couple questions, and he was very snippy and had an attitude. I went in knowing I wanted to buy a specific firearm, but he was so unfriendly I didn’t want to buy it from him. I would go back and buy it from Manny tomorrow. While I was looking at this firearm, I told my wife to go check in for the range. I realized I needed my ID to purchase the firearm, so she went back to get it from the range check in people (a guy and a girl), and they were rude to her about not waiting until I was finished purchasing the gun. The girl took the targets from my wife saying she needed them back very rudely. While the guy was telling my wife how she should’ve waited until I was ready and that she was running the time for the lane. Their approach was rude and off-putting, and this made my wife feel very uncomfortable around them. I don’t want to make it sound all bad. Both of the range officers were awesome, and they are always knowledgeable and helpful. I would go back because of the other pleasant experiences that I’ve had, but if this continues, I would have to take my business elsewhere. I really don’t want to do that because you guys have some really awesome people working there.

GUNS, GUNS GUNS! GOD BLESS AMERICA AND GOD BLESS STONE HART! This place has the BIGGEST SELECTION of AMMO THAN ANY OTHER GUN SHOP IN S Fl!!! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and offer advice from personal experience and not just some sales pitch. I'm a proud officer and member of the Stone Hart's gun club! The ONLY place in town STILL running during the lock down. This is where I bought my Glock 17 Gen 3 and I couldn't be happier. I've had Trijicon HD XR night sights installed on it here as well and couldn't more satisfied! EXCELLENT SERVICE! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! 👏👏👏👏👏

Where do I begin? I started my journey into gun ownership coming into Stone Hart and meeting Justin. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and above all, very kind/sincere. He took his time explaining everything he possibly could about what to look for in a handgun, especially tailored for someone who is new to this world, and taught me some very important fundamentals- so encouraging! I explained that I was very interested in taking a course that can teach me further and eventually help me obtain a concealed weapon license. That's when I met Johan- equally passionate about firearms and so excited about teaching others. I took his course and after putting enough rounds through two firearms, I went with a HK VP9. Seamless process and they will treat you like family here. Overall, the staff here is friendly and helpful. The bonus is being able to support a local business.
