Is this store truly open until 8:00pm on a Sunday? I don't live near a Best buy and I couldn't drive back in to for 8. I bought a watch today and I opted for the email receipt and I never received the email. I've been calling since 7... No answer

Yes it's open until 8 on Sunday. Unfortunately, your chances of getting your call answered late evening are slim.

They are. Getting someone on the phone is difficult, as I've tried to call regarding a warranty issue, and nobody answered the phone. I had to stop in the store.
