I need to find out why I am not receiving mail. Is there a number that I can call to find out what is happening? I have tried calling the 986 number and no one answers.

I would suggest going to the actual place.

Call 1-800-ASK-USPS And tell them your problem and see if they could help.

I would go to the annex and ask for a carrier Supervisor so they can investigate the problem. They are open M - F 9am to 5pm and Saturday til 3pm.

Go in person. I'm told that the relay boxes that the postman puts mail in are being broken into. Make mail fraud report with fraud department, and the postal police. Make police report with city police officers also. Then either get a p.o box, or ask for hold on mail so you can pick mail up at your post office. You can get a voucher for a year to safely pick your mail up at post office. Good luck and God Bless.
