How old do you have to be to do the bike trail by yourself

I'm not aware of an age limit and I have not noticed any posted references of such. In addition there are no officials or equivalent on the bike trails to enforce if there were. Common sense and safety awareness should be exercised for all bike riding adventures. Be safe.

I don't know that there is a minimum age or anyone there to enforce it if there were. I would hope common sense would prevail. My boys have been riding since they were 5 and 6. They are now 7 and 8 and quite good riders. I still wouldn't let them do it alone.

Any age is good to ride the trails as long as you ride within your level of confidence but, it is recommended always to ride with someone else when mountain biking always wear helmet hand protection and eye protection and always try to ride with someone else

Never Cycle with out a helmet, or riding partner
