I don't think you can but I have seen dogs there
Depends if there are a lot of people there or not & if they'll tatletale on you or not & if the people working there say or do something or not. I walked my medium sized dog there recently & was told nothing about it but the park was relatively empty & I don't make a habit of it.
No pets are allowed in the park. There are no facilities for pets and lots of free wild life. The attendant asks anyone with pets to leave the park. Also police periodically drive through.
