If I book a tour at 3pm on a Saturday will there be enough time to do everything since the site says give 3 hours for everything but the studio closes at 4:30?

Depending on the time of year, the last tour can go out at late as 4:30. The guided tour is just under two hours and then you get dropped off at Stage 48 which is the self guided part of the tour. If you book a 3pm tour, you should have plenty of time.
